NTQ and CyStack have established Sentrix, a joint venture focused on providing end-to-end cybersecurity services to global enterprises. The new company brings NTQ’s global development and delivery capabilities together with CyStack’s cybersecurity expertise.
Sentrix will cover the whole security lifecycle in a sort of roundabout way, kicking off with consulting and risk assessment, then moving into implementation, vulnerability testing, and ongoing 24/7/365 SOC operations. The services we offer also touch on cloud security, IAM, SIEM, endpoint protection, penetration testing, threat intelligence, incident response and forensics investigation.
The move comes in like, you know, cloud adoption and AI use and this digital transformation stuff keeps widening the attack surface for businesses, basically that whole situation. Fortune Business Insights estimates the global cybersecurity market will climb from US$248.28 billion in 2026 up to US$699.39 billion by 2034, so yeah it is a pretty huge jump, really.

Sentrix will also help with adherence to compliance requirements, like ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and PCI DSS. NTQ and CyStack plan to continue R&D and market research through the venture, while using NTQ’s global network to expand across Japan, APAC and other markets.
The joint venture also supports NTQ’s 2026-2031 growth strategy, which focuses on specialization, platform-based services and stronger global technology capabilities
