GVA TECH has adopted HelpDog, an AI-powered customer support platform from noco Inc., to improve how users access information across its legal tech services. The move comes as customer inquiries have become more varied, covering service usage, application procedures, account management, required documents, and pricing.
Legal tech platforms often face a unique challenge. Users search for the same information using different terms, while industry-specific legal language can make answers harder to find through traditional FAQ systems. GVA TECH had been using a search-based FAQ tool but sought a more cost-efficient alternative.

HelpDog was selected for its AI search capabilities, support for specialized terminology, integrated chatbot and FAQ functions, and tools that simplify content creation and ongoing knowledge base management.
