Crosspoint Solution, NTT Security Holdings and ServiceNow Japan have begun collaborating to help businesses manage cyber risks across IT, operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. The program will initially include vulnerability management services, with plans to mature into managed security services providing SOC operations.
The collaboration arrives amid increasing threats of attacks on factory equipment, control systems and connected devices in various industries. Not only are cyberattacks by artificial intelligence (AI) growing in numbers, but they are also increasingly sophisticated and faster than ever. Managing asset visibility, risk detection and incident response across separate systems adds to the problem.
Under the collaboration, Crosspoint Solution will contribute SOC operations expertise, 24/7 monitoring, vulnerability response support and incident response capabilities. It will also help implement and operate the ServiceNow platform. NTT Security Holdings will bring its security operations experience and OT security expertise, with plans to offer managed detection and response services in the future.

The agentless, real-time visibility of all the assets of your IT, OT, IoT, and medical devices ecosystems. The Service Now AI Platform will leverage the device’s metadata alongside the security information, to correlate the two, orchestrate the response/remediation and audit them via digital workflows.
Coverage for the first service will be continuous mapping of the attack surface and prioritization of vulnerabilities based on asset criticality and business impact. The companies also plan to collaborate on sales, implementation and operational support for Armis and Veza.
Having considered vulnerability management services since October 2026, the three companies plan to gradually introduce a broader managed security service towards fiscal year 2027. Their target customers include manufacturing, financial services, critical infrastructure operators and businesses with domestic and international operations.
