Works Applications Co., Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DevRev, Inc. regarding strategic collaboration toward realizing an AI knowledge platform. In this collaboration, WAP will combine the business knowledge it has cultivated through the development and implementation of ERP systems for major Japanese companies with DevRev’s knowledge graph, data synchronization, and AI agent technologies.

In addition to data accumulated in WAP’s ERP system “HUE,” the two companies will explore methods for linking dispersed information, including business systems, documents, emails, and chats within the company, as well as recorded and shared insights and decision-making processes of personnel. The goal is to build a platform in which humans and AI agents can utilize knowledge based on the context of the work and past decisions. The two companies will begin by conducting verification within WAP to concretize the target business processes and technical and operational requirements. Based on the insights gained, we will consider joint development and the establishment of a sales and implementation support system for the Japanese market.
