Infomart Corporation and GCC Corporation will begin integrating their invoice and financial accounting systems from April 2027, aiming to reduce manual work and improve accounting efficiency in local governments.
The integration will connect Infomart’s BtoB Platform Invoice with GCC’s e-SUITEv2 Financial Accounting C³. Invoice information received through Infomart’s cloud service will be imported into GCC’s system and used to create accounting documents, including payment orders and transfer instructions. This will prevent several data entry and transcription errors, and aid in verification.
The project tackles bottlenecks in government accounting, where human resources continue to work with paper or PDF invoice files and two systems in which data is entered manually. This increases the workload and creates additional scope for errors, despite the rising demand on local governments to make life easier for residents and digitize the work process.
The integration is also expected to ease invoice management and storage for local governments. Businesses will benefit from digitized invoicing, reducing the time and costs associated with printing, mailing, and storing documents.

GCC’s e-SUITEv2 Financial Accounting C³ is a package system developed around its experience supporting local government operations. It combines implementation planning, administrative evaluation, and optional systems to support financial accounting as a continuous cycle of management and improvement.
Infomart’s BtoB Platform Invoice supports the digitization of issued and received invoices, along with payment amount notifications. It uses direct data exchange to transfer invoice details without converting them into PDFs or other formats. The system complies with Japan’s Electronic Bookkeeping Law and invoice system. As of September 2026, more than 1.3 million companies were using the service.
Both companies plan to continue expanding electronic invoicing to support digital transformation across local governments and businesses.
