JBCC Corporation, an IT services company, has begun offering “ATTAZoo Connect for Bugyo Cloud,” a solution that links Cybozu Corporation’s business improvement platform “kintone” with Obic Business Consultants Co., Ltd.’s core business system “Bugyo Cloud.”
In many companies, field departments such as sales and purchasing utilize kintone, while core business operations such as sales management and accounting are handled by Bugyo Cloud. In such environments, information transfer, re-entry, and verification work occur across departments, making it a challenge to coordinate the processing of field operations with core business operations.
Therefore, the ability to reference performance data and master information managed in Bugyo Cloud on kintone is already provided as a standard feature of both Bugyo Cloud and kintone. However, linking business data such as orders, sales, payments, and purchases received by field departments in kintone with Bugyo Cloud requires individual work and manual intervention that cannot be covered by the standard features.

Furthermore, regarding data integration from Bugyo Cloud to kintone, since slips and master data managed in Bugyo Cloud can be accessed on kintone, field departments can check the necessary information on the spot from a familiar screen. This connects field operations to core processing as a continuous flow, reducing the burden of inter-departmental confirmation work and repeated access to core systems, and enabling sales and operations departments to make quick business decisions based on the same information.
This solution is compatible with “Kanjo Bugyo iCloud” and “Shozo Bugyo iCloud,” and can link not only transaction data such as orders, sales, payments, purchases, and journal entries, but also master data such as business partners and products.
