Elith Co has launched “GENFLUX Security,” a new SaaS platform designed to help companies manage the growing use of unauthorized generative AI tools in the workplace.
The service focuses on “shadow AI,” where employees use AI services without company approval. This can create risks when customer data, contracts, design files, API keys, passwords, or other sensitive information are entered into external AI tools.
GENFLUX Security gives administrators a clearer view of how AI is being used across the company. They can see who is accessing which AI services and check usage by department or individual user. The platform can also detect unapproved AI tools.

For risky activity, companies can set their own rules. The system can warn users, block access, or mask sensitive information before a prompt is sent. Its DLP functions can detect personal information, My Number data, credit card details, passwords, API keys, customer lists, and other confidential business information.
The platform also keeps logs of AI usage and security actions for audits and compliance reporting. It is initially available as a browser extension, with desktop and agent versions planned for the future.
