Leadsia has launched three voice AI agents designed to automate business phone operations. The services cover three different tasks: receiving calls, making outbound calls, and following up with potential customers through phone and email.
SOPHIA works as a 24/7 AI receptionist. It can answer calls, check calendars and staff schedules, and confirm appointments during the conversation. ALICE handles outbound sales calls. It can read a company website, prepare a sales script, contact prospects, and schedule appointments. LYDIA manages follow-ups by combining email and phone calls, including contacting prospects after they open an email.
Companies can use only the AI agent they need or combine all three. Leadsia says the service requires no telephone line installation. A local area code number, such as 03 or 06, can be issued on the day of application, and the AI can start operating in as little as three minutes.

The service launched on July 3, 2026. There is no initial fee, and monthly pricing starts at 29,800 yen.
