Dentsu Research Institute Inc. Has been accepted as a member of the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network of Salesforce Japan. This is an approved global partner network of selected Partners with a track record of deploying autonomous AI platform, Agentforce.
Find it easier to overcome challenges to successfully deploying AI solutions. Dentsu Research Institute has already supported implementations at more than 10 companies. Through the network, it will gain access to Salesforce’s engineering expertise, specialized training and technical knowledge to support wider business transformation.
This is because firms are trying to achieve tangible gains through their AI initiatives. Most firms are currently experimenting with AI on few tasks without expanding its usage to routine business processes. Moving to production brings additional challenges, particularly when systems involve complex security requirements, fragmented data and proprietary information.
Dentsu Research Institute will support enterprises through a variety of technical support, including building a system in real-life needs, integrating fragmented data sources, and providing the context and authorization needed to safely operate the AI agents.

Additionally, the firm is developing security guard rails to be used in industries where bad AI responses could be costly. The integrations such as APIs and data pipelines will allow AI agents to operate in multiple systems and business workflows.
By combining its industry knowledge with Salesforce’s engineering standards, Dentsu Research Institute aims to help organizations deploy AI agents across complex data environments and regulated operations.
The expanded partnership is expected to reduce the burden on Salesforce customers tackling AI integration challenges independently. Through the FDE Partner Network, Dentsu Research Institute will provide ongoing technical expertise and technology governance to help businesses scale AI deployments and sustain their use in production environments.
