Canon IT Solutions Inc., a member of the Canon Marketing Japan Group, and Media Force Inc. have begun collaborating to support system integration for customers using the “EDI-Master” series.
This collaboration will combine Canon ITS’s expertise in inter-company data exchange with MediaForce’s design and implementation know-how in system and cloud integration. This will allow us to jointly support the resolution of integration challenges associated with system modernization and cloud migration, particularly in the area of transferring EDI data with trading partners to ERP systems, business systems, and various SaaS applications.

In recent years, companies have been undergoing ERP system modernization, cloud migration, SaaS adoption, and the replacement of aging systems. A key challenge has become how to integrate EDI data into new systems while maintaining connections with business partners. Data such as orders, shipments, and invoices exchanged via EDI must be accurately and smoothly transferred to ERP systems, business systems, and various SaaS applications. Canon ITS has supported inter-company data exchange through its “EDI-Master” series. Meanwhile, Media Force has been involved in the design, construction, and implementation support of connections between various systems in the areas of system integration and cloud integration. This collaboration was formed to leverage the strengths of both companies and provide integrated support for the connection of the “EDI-Master” series with surrounding systems.
