TBEYE Corporation, a group company of Tokyo Boeki Holdings Co., Ltd., has announced a collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. regarding the ‘Qualcomm® Insight Platform’, the first of its kind in Japan.
TBE’s strengths lie not only in its wide range of products, such as security cameras incorporating AI technology and PC-based AI solutions, but also in its ability to implement AI in society by understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the AI algorithms it provides and realizing total services that take into account the actual on-site usage environment, operation, and maintenance.
This collaboration will combine Qualcomm’s “Qualcomm® Insight Platform” with TBE’s AI implementation capabilities to accelerate the adoption of more advanced AI video analysis solutions that extract and analyze necessary information from video in real time and translate it into concrete actions.

This solution can identify the same person from multiple camera feeds and confirm “when, where, and how they moved.” It also automatically detects and alerts to suspicious movements, and allows users to search the stored footage using natural language, such as “a person wearing red clothing” or “a person who stayed in the parking lot for a long time.” We will expand its application to areas ranging from crime prevention and disaster preparedness to community safety measures. By combining Qualcomm’s advanced video analysis technology with TBE’s total service and AI social implementation capabilities, and by utilizing AI-driven video analysis, including physical AI, we will contribute to solving real-world problems, thereby contributing to safety, security, efficiency for people, and future-oriented labor savings in Japan.
