FPT and South Korea’s NAVER Cloud have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand their AI Factory business across Asia-Pacific and other global markets. The partnership will focus on joint technology development, AI service delivery, and commercialization.
Under the agreement, the companies will accelerate AI development and deployment through FPT AI Factory, including plans to offer NAVER Cloud’s HyperCLOVA X model to enterprise customers. Their Engineering teams will also collaborate on GPU infrastructure, inference performance, and production AI agents.
The partnership offers GPU cloud infrastructure, AI models, and implementation support, with the ability to adopt AI solutions without investing in their own infrastructure. It also strengthens FPT’s AI-first strategy, backed by its FleziPT platform, CASAN AI maturity framework, and more than 30,000 AI-augmented engineers globally.

FPT’s AI Factories in Vietnam and Japan ranked 38th and 36th, respectively, among the world’s most powerful supercomputing systems. NVIDIA’s AI Factory software platform supports 18,000 AI developers and more than 2,000 enterprises across the world.
The agreement also builds on FPT’s presence in South Korea, where it has operated for more than a decade and supports technology and digital transformation initiatives for companies including LG Electronics, LG CNS, Shinhan Bank, and Shinsegae I&C.
