Quest has entered into an outsourcing agreement with Dexerials focused on IT operations and maintenance support as both companies look to strengthen long-term IT infrastructure management and operational stability.
The agreement is tied to Quest’s broader mid and long-term growth strategy, where the company is pushing deeper into recurring IT service and outsourcing business. The idea is pretty straightforward. More companies are dealing with growing IT complexity because of ongoing DX efforts, infrastructure expansion, and rising pressure to keep systems stable while also controlling costs.
Dexerials was reportedly looking for a long-term external partner that could support continuous operation and improvement of its internal IT systems and infrastructure. Quest says its operational track record and technical capabilities played a major role in securing the agreement.

Under the deal, Quest will handle multiple areas across IT operations and maintenance. This includes application design, development support, testing processes, application maintenance and recovery, middleware operations, IT service management, help desk support, workplace management, and infrastructure operations covering servers and networks.
For Quest, this is also about building more stable, repeatable revenue streams, rather than depending too much on one-time system projects. The company thinks deal like this could help solidify its standing in the IT outsourcing market, and open some doors for other long term contracts later on.
Looking ahead, Quest says it plans to keep expanding its IT operations and maintenance business as one of its core growth areas, but also move past basic operations support into planning, system enhancement proposals, and more valuable IT services.
