CaseMatch, a talent intelligence system that uses AI to deeply understand a company and identify “ready-to-work” candidates, has been introduced as an AI interviewer for the first round of interviews in the 2028 new graduate recruitment process at Change Inc. It is being used to standardize evaluation criteria, streamline the selection process, and improve the candidate experience.
The company views new graduate recruitment as an opportunity to meet individuals who will drive future business and social transformation, and therefore emphasizes not only candidates’ experience and achievements but also their thought processes and values in its selection process. However, the company faced challenges in clarifying and standardizing the evaluation criteria for high-performing individuals, and in streamlining the selection process while maintaining selection quality.
By introducing CaseMatch, we have been able to standardize and articulate evaluation criteria, create an environment that allows for objective and multifaceted evaluation of candidates’ thought processes, and streamline the selection process. Furthermore, we are working to improve the candidate experience by using the time saved to deepen communication and mutual understanding with students.
For Change Inc., recruiting new graduates is a way to meet individuals who will drive future business and social transformation, and is one of its important management themes. The company has always emphasized carefully evaluating each candidate, including not only their experience and achievements, but also their thought processes and values.

On the other hand, within our small, highly skilled organizational structure, the challenge was to streamline the selection process while maintaining and improving the quality of the selection process.
Against this backdrop, we introduced CaseMatch, which allows for a multifaceted and objective evaluation of candidates’ thought processes. By standardizing evaluation criteria and streamlining the selection process, we aim to create an environment where recruiters can spend more time engaging in dialogue and mutual understanding with each student, thereby improving the candidate experience.
Introducing AI interviews is not simply about automating the selection process. Only by articulating the ideal candidate profile that your company seeks as evaluation criteria and implementing them into the AI can you consistently verify whether a candidate can succeed in this company and in this job. Change Inc.’s initiative is an example where the process of defining the company’s evaluation criteria, including that of the management team, has become an asset to the recruitment organization.
