Queue Co., Ltd., which provides the AI data agent platform “Squadbase,” is pleased to announce the launch of its “Agent Function,” which automates data analysis and report distribution.
This feature allows business users to simply make a one-time request in natural language, such as “Send me a summary of last week’s campaign results every Monday morning,” and the AI agent will automatically analyze the data according to the schedule, delivering the results and insights via email or Slack. Instead of having to “visit” the dashboard, the AI will deliver “the numbers to look at today and the next steps”—providing this new way of utilizing data to business users without specialized knowledge.
Background: From “BI to see” to “AI that reaches you”
While many companies are increasingly adopting BI tools and dashboards, in actual business operations, the act of viewing data itself remains a burden for employees. Creating reports for regular meetings, weekly and monthly summaries, and noticing changes in numbers—many of these tasks still rely on manual work and habits, often leading to situations where employees are too busy to open the dashboard or only realize something is wrong when it’s too late.
