Axios Management is expanding linough’s keyless solution across all its managed rental properties, following an initial rollout that began in December 2025. The decision follows improvements in operational efficiency, lower costs associated with physical key management, and reduced workloads through linough’s ongoing support.
Managing approximately 2,800 properties, Axios Management has been looking for ways to improve productivity as its business grows. Arranging, distributing and tracking physical keys adds to employees’ workloads, limiting the number of properties each person can handle. The company sees keyless access as a way to reduce these non-core tasks and make property management more efficient.
A key factor in the decision was linough’s Linaflock S smart lock. Its compatibility with different door types allows Axios Management’s own staff to handle installation, reducing dependence on external contractors and lowering implementation costs.

The solution also covers operational support beyond installation. linough will facilitate integration with the other systems and offer support for the residents after the system has been implemented to ensure that the property managers do not have to handle everything themselves.
Multilingual communication is one of the other things that is being considered. Axios Management serves many foreign residents, including technical trainees, making clear guidance essential for a smooth transition. Both companies are working through their call centres, while linough is preparing multilingual manuals to help residents use the system safely and confidently.
The full rollout aims to improve productivity across Axios Management’s portfolio by reducing physical key handling while maintaining support for residents. The move also highlights how property managers are turning to smart access systems and operational support to manage growing portfolios without adding unnecessary administrative work.
