Finswer subsidiary f9k has adopted Authlete to manage authentication and authorization for its Banking API and remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. OAuth 2.1 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) on the platform provides a secure access flow for partner apps and AI Agents.
Finswer launched the infrastructure in June 2026, one month after the build started. Responsible for token issuance, signing key management, and protocol updates, Authlete reduced the effort required to build and operate the system.
Businesses are now able to receive, initiate, automate and automate payroll via APIs. Also able to initiate and automate fund transfer requests and get the status of fund transfer requests via APIs. This implementation also provides flexibility, predictability and will support the future MCP authorization requirement.
