Mazrica Corporation is pleased to announce that Mitsubishi Corporation Logistics Co., Ltd. aims to create a sales platform that supports centralized management of sales information, visualization of sales status across three companies, and creation of cross-selling opportunities between companies, using “Mazrica Sales” for unifying sales activities, “Mazrica Marketing” for marketing automation, “Mazrica Target” for sales-focused AI corporate databases, and “Mazrica Engage” for marketing AI agents.
Mitsubishi Corporation Logistics provides logistics-related services such as international and domestic transportation, warehouse operations, supply chain management (SCM), and logistics consulting. Focusing on three core business areas—”Next-Generation Business Creation,” “Global SCM,” and “Mobility”—the company handles a wide range of logistics, from automotive-related logistics to food, consumer goods, industrial materials, and semiconductor/battery-related services.
The company operates with a three-company structure. Although information was shared within each company, sales information tended to be scattered, making it difficult to grasp the status of projects from a company-wide perspective or to connect it to cross-company proposal activities.
Therefore, the company aims to achieve the following four goals in order to create an environment where the sales activities and deal pipelines of its three companies can be visualized in real time and shared throughout the entire company.
To centrally manage sales activities and project information across the entire company.
To prevent sales from becoming “dependent on individual employees” and to create a system that enables the entire organization to achieve results.
To strengthen relationships with customers and establish a system for continuous follow-up, including on deals that were lost.
To ensure that inquiries from the website are converted into sales activities.

After comparing several tools, we decided to implement “Mazrica” because it allows us to use SFA/CRM and MA in an integrated manner, and because it can be gradually adapted to our company’s operations and level of proficiency. The main deciding factors were the following five points:
- User-friendly UI and operation
- Flexibility of settings
- Visibility of the project board
- Integration with existing tools such as Sansan and Outlook.
- “Mazrica Target” significantly enhances the input of customer information and can also be used in proposal activities.
Initially, a small-scale start was considered for implementation, but because the system allows users to flexibly configure and improve settings themselves even after implementation, based on its standard functions, it has been implemented in all three companies.
