IVRy has entered into a partnership agreement with SORAMICHI to help businesses with both automated telephone response and the analysis and use of conversation data. The two companies will use Databricks as a shared data and AI infrastructure to link telephone interactions with enterprise data and turn customer conversations into information that can support business activities.
Telephone calls are still a way for customers to reach out because customers can directly express their needs their concerns and their feedback. However the content of these conversations has traditionally been hard to collect, analyze and use, in business efforts. At the time a lack of workers is making it more important to cut down on the time and staff needed for handling telephone responses.
Under the partnership, SORAMICHI will propose IVRy’s conversational AI platform, IVRy, to enterprise customers it supports. IVRy uses AI to handle initial telephone responses around the clock, helping automate routine inquiries and standardize response operations.
The partnership also focuses on making the data generated through telephone conversations available for broader analysis. SORAMICHI will connect conversation data accumulated through IVRy with customers’ existing data platforms, allowing telephone interactions to be analyzed alongside information from other business channels rather than being treated as an isolated data source.
Both companies use Databricks as part of their data infrastructure. This gives them a technical foundation for integrating and analyzing conversation data. SORAMICHI has experience supporting companies across strategy development, data-platform construction, business intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, customer experience and CRM strategy, digital marketing, system development and operations. It is also a Databricks partner.
Once integrated with enterprise data platforms, accumulated Voice of Customer (VoC) information from telephone conversations can be analyzed for applications such, as product development, customer-experience improvements and marketing initiatives. The approach is intended to connect telephone operations with data-driven business processes.

The companies expect the partnership to be particularly relevant for enterprises with large volumes of customer interactions. By combining automated telephone response with data analysis, organizations can address the operational burden associated with calls while also making greater use of information contained in customer conversations.
IVRy said the partnership will initially focus on improving telephone response quality and operational efficiency while enabling customer feedback gathered through calls to be used for product development and management decisions. The companies also plan to develop industry-specific models for using conversation data.
As of the end of September 2026, IVRy said its conversational AI platform had issued more than 70,000 accounts across all 47 prefectures and 99 industries in Japan. The company was established in March 2019 and is headquartered in Tokyo.
