PKSHA Technology and its group company Triumph have launched an AI-powered business process outsourcing (BPO) service that combines AI agents with human oversight for human resources and labor-related operations. The service is built around PKSHA AI Back Office, with PKSHA handling AI implementation and operational design while Triumph manages business processes.
The initial deployment focuses on employee onboarding procedures handled by Triumph for an agricultural cooperative federation. Its AI agent can review incoming employee information, determine whether standard procedures are appropriate, and register data across attendance and labor-management systems. According to the companies, the implementation reduced processing workload per new employee by 42%.
The model is designed to divide responsibilities between AI and people. AI handles repetitive, standardized tasks and cross-system processing, while human BPO staff take over complex cases, exceptions and judgment-based work. This approach also reduces reliance on individual employees’ experience for routine processing.

The launch reflects a broader shift from using AI primarily for inquiries and assistance toward AI agents executing business processes directly. PKSHA and Triumph plan to extend the model to additional HR procedures and customers, highlighting the growing role of agentic AI in enterprise operations.
