SB C&S Corporation will launch a two-tier distribution model that provides software to end users through distributors and sales partners, utilizing Microsoft Marketplace’s “Resale Enabled Offer (REO)” and “Multiparty Private Offers (MPO)”.
As the use of cloud services expands, the methods of software procurement in companies are also diversifying, and the adoption of products and services using cloud marketplaces is spreading. Microsoft Marketplace is an online marketplace where you can search for and purchase software and cloud services provided by “Microsoft Corporation” and various other companies.
Microsoft Marketplace’s 2-tier model allows sales partners to act as intermediaries between vendors and end-user companies, offering private offers with customized terms and conditions. This enables vendors to leverage SB C&S’s sales network on Microsoft Marketplace while continuing to build relationships with existing sales partners, and allows sales partners to maintain their established customer relationships while proposing and selling through Microsoft Marketplace.
