Teachme Biz Enhances Public Manuals with AI Chatbots

Studyist has launched External Public Chatbot Plus for Teachme Biz, extending its Easy AI Search feature to publicly shared manuals from August 19, 2026. Customers, business partners and other external users can ask questions in natural language without logging in and receive answers based on existing manuals. The feature uses regularly updated manuals as its information source, reducing the need to build and maintain separate FAQ databases. Users can also see the supporting videos and images, while multilingual talk and automatic translation are supported too. The move shows a broader shift toward AI powered self-service, with companies trying to make information easier to reach, and at the same time lower the workload involved in managing routine external questions
