SocioFuture Inc. launched “Letter”, a SaaS that promotes interaction between companies and individuals based on experiences, on July 7, 2026. This service was developed in collaboration with Kin’yu Joshi Co., Ltd., which contributes to improving individuals’ financial and economic literacy from a unique perspective. Through this service, the Company will support communication between companies and individuals centered on non-financial information, enabling companies to conduct effective IR activities and providing an environment where individuals can learn more about companies through experiences and empathy.
This service is a SaaS that facilitates interaction by connecting companies that want to appeal to the unique characteristics and inherent appeal of their products and services through non-financial information such as the value of their products and services and the background of their development, which are not yet fully visible, with individuals who are interested in communication with companies based on deeper information, not just disclosed information, through experiential events. Until now, corporate information and IR events have been difficult to reach people other than existing investors, and there have been challenges in connecting feedback obtained from events to corporate value.
Focusing on this point, this service is designed as a platform where individuals can evaluate companies based on non-financial information that is often difficult to access, and companies can receive and analyze feedback from individuals. Through this service, individuals can easily participate in experiential events organized by companies, such as factory tours, product trials, and communication with management, thereby facilitating evaluation through two-way communication. In addition, by enabling companies to grasp the qualitative effects of experiential events through individual surveys, the service is designed to allow them to consider and improve strategies for building a fan base that forms the foundation of their reputation.

Background of the launch
Our company, which has played a vital role in social infrastructure in the financial sector by providing BPO services and system development for financial institutions, including ATM monitoring, is launching various businesses with the aim of contributing to society in new areas that leverage our strengths. In planning this service, we took a broad view of finance and focused on corporate investor relations (IR) activities. Events for individual investors hosted by securities companies and other institutions tend to have limited participation, which has led companies to intensify their IR activities for individual investors.
Furthermore, there has been a shift in the way we communicate with investors, moving away from information dissemination that has traditionally focused on finance, towards a greater emphasis in recent years on dialogue with investors that includes non-financial information, such as the background of product and service development and employee satisfaction, which represent the intrinsic value of companies. In this environment, we have been exchanging ideas with “Kin’yu Joshi.” and have jointly planned this service, believing that promoting communication between companies and individuals through events that utilize non-financial information that is difficult to disclose could be a solution to the challenges that have existed until now.
