01GROWTH Co., Ltd., which has extensive experience in supporting revenue organizations from the planning of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies to the design and construction of operational models, is pleased to announce that it has started providing a service to support the realization of “Zero-Touch CRM Operations,” in which an AI agent autonomously handles CRM data entry, updating, and maintenance, starting in June 2026.
This service is based on 01GROWTH’s practical experience in transforming its own revenue operations into a zero-touch operation. By combining the knowledge of GTM strategy and RevOps (revenue operations) that we have cultivated so far with the implementation know-how of our proprietary AI agent operation, we will provide comprehensive support for the advancement of CRM operations for Japanese companies.
For many Japanese companies, CRM is a crucial foundation at the core of their revenue-generating activities. However, the workload involved in data entry, updates, and maintaining operational rules is significant, and in many cases, it is not being fully utilized. With a lot of time spent on daily data entry, updates, and maintenance, operations can become dependent on individual users, and maintaining data quality can become a challenge.

Against this backdrop, attention has been growing in recent years to “Agentic AI,” where AI autonomously performs tasks. This has led to a shift towards reviewing operations that rely heavily on human labor, and increased interest in CRM platforms that allow AI to securely utilize customer data.
To adapt to this change, 01GROWTH first revamped its revenue operations to a zero-touch system. They implemented custom data modeling, migrated data from existing CRMs, and automated CRM operations using AI agents with MCP Server, accumulating knowledge through hands-on experience in creating a truly human-free operation. Currently, three AI agents handling management, sales, and marketing operate 24/7, with humans only responsible for confirmation and approval on Slack, maintaining smooth CRM operations (Figures 1 and 2). Based on this practical experience, 01GROWTH is now officially launching its implementation support service for Japanese companies.
