Pai-R Co., Ltd., the company behind the cloud-based alcohol check system Alkiller NEX, has entered into a business alliance with Frontier Administrative Scrivener Office, a specialist in transportation industry licensing and audit support. The agreement officially took effect on June 15, 2026, it was one of those dates where everything kind of clicks.
The partnership comes at a time when transportation businesses are dealing with rising regulatory demands, and honestly it feels a bit relentless. Alongside mandatory alcohol checks, the industry is adapting to remote roll calls, the expansion of automated roll call licensing, and the planned introduction of a renewal system for general freight trucking operators. As a result, companies are under increasing pressure to strengthen their compliance frameworks.
According to Pai-R, many businesses using Alkiller NEX have sought support that extends beyond system implementation to include licensing procedures. At the same time, Frontier has witnessed a rising need for digital transformation while assisting transportation operators with licensing and inspection-related requirements.

By joining Pai-R’s real-world experience from deployments at more than 5,200 companies, with Frontier’s know-how in logistics-oriented advisory and licensing assistance, the two groups are trying to offer a more end-to-end help package for regulatory compliance, kind of start to finish.
Together they plan to push harder on legal compliance support, co-create seminars and industry-centric information programs, and extend customer services through shared initiatives.
Pai-R said it will continue supporting transportation companies in improving operational efficiency and strengthening safety management systems through Alkiller NEX and its partner network.
Alkiller NEX connects alcohol detectors with smartphones and centrally manages alcohol check records and attendance data through the cloud. The platform helps streamline admin work a bit, with features like missed-check monitoring, false-positive alerts, and facial recognition based identity verification. It also has driving management functions that automatically record, then visualize driving logs and vehicle operating conditions, so businesses can create safer and more efficient operational systems.
