Concrew Co., Ltd. has launched “Concrew AI,” a new function for its AI-powered all-in-one business management tool for small and medium-sized construction companies. This new function, “Concrew AI Agent,” uses AI to analyze project information such as estimates and drawings and automatically generates project schedules.
The “Project Schedule AI Agent” is a function that automatically generates project schedules, from major categories to specific tasks, simply by uploading estimates, drawings, and construction-related files, and having the AI analyze the content. It also supports configurations based on the company’s past projects, significantly reducing the time previously spent manually entering schedules. Through this AI agent, we will contribute to improving the productivity of small and medium-sized construction companies by reducing the burden of project schedule creation and standardizing planning.
Creating a project schedule involves a time-consuming “machine-setting” process, where each type of work and task is identified based on drawings and estimates, and then their duration and sequence are determined. Furthermore, determining the appropriate level of detail and time allocation for each process often depends on the experience and intuition of the person in charge, leading to issues of over-reliance on individuals, such as work concentrating on veterans or inconsistent accuracy from less experienced staff. This burden and reliance on individuals is one of the factors that limits the number of projects a single company can handle and the revenue opportunities it can generate.

With “Project Schedule AI Agent,” simply upload drawings, estimates, and construction-related files, and the AI will analyze the content and automatically list the necessary processes, from major categories to specific tasks. This reduces the burden of manually entering information and significantly speeds up the initial stages of project schedule creation.
Furthermore, because the Concrew AI creates project schedules by referencing the company’s past projects stored within the system, even less experienced staff can create schedules based on proven project structures and time allocations within the company. This makes it possible to transfer the planning sense possessed by veteran staff members as data within the company, rather than relying on specific individuals.
In addition, the generated process chart displays the rationale behind the AI’s suggestions. This allows users to immediately see why a particular process and timeframe were proposed, enabling them to refine the process to better suit the actual conditions on-site, rather than simply using the output as is.
Furthermore, the generated project schedules are created on “Concrew AI,” which integrates project management, estimation, ordering, photo/drawing management, and subcontractor management into a single platform. As a result, ordering from subcontractors based on the project schedule, scheduling, and managing on-site progress and costs can all be seamlessly connected without the need to transfer data to other tools.
While our previous “AI Estimation Agent” assisted with estimation tasks and our “AI Project Input Agent” supported the organization of project information, this new “AI Project Schedule Agent” automates the process of creating project schedules, which connect estimation to post-order planning, thus further automating the workflow.
