IT Realize Co., Ltd. has announced that merchants using the payment processing service of SB Payment Service Corp. will be able to launched the target loan service, “Merchant Support Loan,” on June 5, 2026.
This service is an offer-based loan service that SBPS will individually offer to eligible merchants based on their usage history of SBPS’s payment processing services. Merchants who receive an offer can receive a loan from ITR based on the terms and conditions provided, to fund their business operations and growth investments.
In the “Member Support Loan” program, SBPS acts as an agent for ITR, a lending company, providing information and handling applications for loan services offered by ITR. Furthermore, SBPS acts as a guarantor, guaranteeing the borrowing obligations of member merchants to ITR. The loan agreement is a service concluded between the member merchant and ITR, the lending company. The contract is subject to ITR’s prescribed screening process.
