Boomi and ServiceNow have expanded their partnership to help companies connect and activate data spread across different enterprise systems. The bigger focus here is AI. More specifically, making sure AI agents actually have access to reliable, real-time business data instead of operating in disconnected environments.
As part of the partnership, Boomi has become a launch partner for the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program. That gives ServiceNow customers direct access to Boomi’s integration and data activation capabilities inside the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric ecosystem.
The problem which both companies seek to solve has become more difficult for enterprises to solve. Businesses today continue to function through disconnected systems which include their old infrastructure and multiple databases and separate work processes. AI agents appear powerful until they encounter problems with inaccurate data and their ability to work with outdated systems and their need for complete information. Then the whole thing starts breaking down fast.

Boomi’s role in the partnership is to extend ServiceNow’s connectivity outside its own ecosystem. That includes linking enterprise systems in real time, syncing trusted master data through Boomi Data Hub, and supporting zero-copy data movement from older systems into modern environments like Snowflake.
One customer already using the combined setup is Lightedge, which used Boomi and ServiceNow together to replace multiple older integration tools and shift toward an AI-driven CRM architecture.
The larger trend behind this partnership is obvious now. Enterprise AI development has advanced beyond its initial focus on creating models and building copilots. Business organizations have discovered that their main operational restrictions result from problems in their infrastructure systems and their data flow mechanisms and their capability to provide AI systems with authentic business operational information.
