Quest Co., Ltd. has launched ‘AI Studio,’ a new generative AI support service under its business brand ‘Unite,’ targeting companies that are still struggling to turn AI experiments into actual operational results.
A lot of businesses already jumped into generative AI over the last two years. The bigger problem now is adoption after the demo phase. Tools get introduced, teams test them for a few weeks, then usage drops because nobody knows how to connect them to real workflows. Quest is clearly building AI Studio around that gap.
The service provides over 60 business applications which support multiple functions including contract review and FAQ generation and risk assessment and customer support and internal operations. The company allows testing of its tools because they require minimal initial financial commitment which helps teams who need to evaluate their potential for using extensive AI resources.

Quest has decided to use engineers for active development work instead of making its platform available as a self-service product. Support covers testing, requirement planning, deployment, and operational troubleshooting.
The bigger play here is practical AI adoption. Not flashy demos. Companies are now moving from ‘Can we use AI?’ to ‘Can this actually reduce workload or improve operations?’ AI Studio is entering the market right when businesses are demanding measurable outcomes instead of experimentation for the sake of experimentation.
