micomia Co., Ltd. will begin offering “FormGuard,” a SaaS that uses AI to automatically identify sales and promotional emails received via inquiry forms and forwards only inquiries from genuine customers, starting May 8, 2026.
FormGuard is a serverless filtering service that can be implemented simply by switching the email address to which your contact form submissions are sent to a dedicated address issued by our company.
No site modifications or plugin additions are required, and it supports major CMSs such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and STUDIO, as well as custom forms.

AI analyzes the body of incoming emails, automatically sorting them into sales emails and customer inquiries with 95% accuracy*, and forwarding only the necessary emails to the appropriate person.
Background of development: “Sales email fatigue” from inquiry forms
Many website operators and sole proprietors spend a significant amount of time each day sorting through emails received through their contact forms.
Our independent investigation revealed the following: (According to our research)
• Percentage of sales emails received via the inquiry form: 80% or more
Average daily time spent sorting sales emails: 30 minutes or more
– Experiences where actual customer service was overlooked during sorting: Approximately 70% of businesses answered “yes”.
This poses a serious problem in terms of both lost opportunities and increased workload, and is particularly pronounced for small and medium-sized enterprises and sole proprietors operating with a small number of staff.
On the other hand, existing countermeasures such as the common “reCAPTCHA” have shown limited effectiveness against sales emails sent manually by humans.
FormGuard uses an AI-powered approach to analyze the content of the email itself, rather than relying on bots, making it suitable for human-generated sales emails as well.
