Coupa has added a new digital adoption layer called TechTouch to its App Marketplace. On paper, it looks like just another integration. In reality, it is fixing a problem most enterprise tools quietly suffer from. People do not use them properly after rollout.
TechTouch sits inside the Coupa interface and guides users in real time. No manuals, no switching tabs. You are filling a field and the system tells you what to do right there. That sounds basic, but it directly hits two things companies struggle with. Wrong inputs and low adoption. If employees keep messing up entries or avoiding the system, the whole spend management promise falls apart.
There is also a feedback loop built in. Usage data gets tracked, teams can see where users struggle, and then tweak workflows or guidance. So it is not static help content. It keeps evolving based on actual behavior.

Step back and this is part of a bigger shift. Enterprise software is no longer just about features. It is about whether people can actually use those features without friction. Coupa is layering AI not to add more power, but to make sure the existing power does not go to waste.
