MakeSomethingNew Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the launch of its AI agent building service for businesses.
This service utilizes generative AI such as ChatGPT and Claude to support the design, development, and implementation of practical AI agents that can handle tasks ranging from searching internal data, organizing information, responding to inquiries, integrating with business systems, and assisting with and automating routine tasks.
In recent years, while many companies have been increasingly utilizing generative AI, in reality, many remain at the stage of “trying it out in chat” and have not been fully integrated into on-site operations. Especially in corporate implementations, systems and data are often dispersed across departments, making it crucial to design the system to match the workflow and integrate it with existing systems in order to make it usable in the field.

MakeSomethingNew addresses these challenges by individually designing AI agents tailored to each company’s operations and system environment, and providing end-to-end support from proof-of-concept (PoC) to full-scale implementation. Our goal is not simply to implement AI chat, but to ensure that AI is actually used within the company and delivers tangible results.
The evolution of generative AI is dramatically changing tasks within companies, such as information retrieval, document creation, inquiry handling, and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, in recent years, there has been growing interest in “AI agents” that can not only answer questions but also support tasks by referencing multiple information sources and, when necessary, integrate with internal systems.
On the other hand, the following challenges are observed when actually implementing it in companies:
Internal documents and data are scattered, making it difficult to find necessary information. AI is being tested, but it hasn’t been integrated into actual business workflows. It can’t be integrated with CRM, SFA, and various business systems, making it difficult to improve operations. Testing is limited to departmental levels and doesn’t progress to full-scale operation. The ideal form of AI utilization for the company’s specific business needs hasn’t been clearly defined.
Against this backdrop, the focus for companies has shifted from simply “implementing AI” to how to integrate AI into their operations and make it usable in the field.
