SHIFT Inc., which helps customers create software services and products that sell, has launched “Tensai-kun for IT Systems,” a new addition to its no-prompt generation AI tool “Tensai-kun,” specifically tailored for the work of information systems departments (IS). This generation AI tool, specialized for individual tasks, provides powerful support for the routine and complex tasks that IT departments must deal with daily, helping to create “aggressive IT systems” that balance productivity and creativity.
The AI template generator, specialized for IT operations, offers eight highly sought-after tools (as of its release in October 2025), including tools to support security standard checks and internal IT inquiry response, which are a significant burden on daily IT operations. It also emphasizes versatility, allowing users to easily customize the templates to suit the unique roles and business processes of each company’s IT department. A comprehensive support system with dedicated staff is also available. Like other “Tensai-kun” tools, the pricing structure is a pay-as-you-go system with no initial or basic fees, allowing users to effectively manage costs while promoting widespread adoption and adoption of the tool.
“Tensai-kun” is a generative AI tool that allows users to mass-produce and customize the templates and functions they need, aiming to improve compatibility and effectiveness with the business objectives and processes of each company, department, and user using the AI tool. In response to user feedback that AI tools, which feature a wide range of functions and high performance, are difficult to use, we focused on creating an interface that is intuitive and easy to use for users, without being over-specced, regardless of their level of understanding or experience with AI and prompts. Furthermore, we aim to promote the use of tools in daily work and support raising the quality and productivity of work across the entire department, and have designed and developed it based on a new concept.

After introducing “Tensai-kun” within the company, employee usage of the AI generation exceeded 90% within about a year, with usage reaching approximately 370,000 times per year, an increase of approximately four times that of the previous year when “Tensai-kun” was not introduced. The productivity benefits for SHIFT as a result of this amount to approximately 150 million yen, and have had a beneficial impact on user perceptions and management.
