KnowledgeSense Inc., which accelerates the intellectual activities of large corporations, has added support for o3’s web search function to its “ChatSense” generative AI chatbot service for businesses that utilizes Chat GTP.
ChatGPT is an AI chatbot that can communicate as naturally as a human. ChatGPT has begun to be adopted by many companies with the aim of improving business efficiency. ChatGPT’s strengths for businesses, such as security, have also attracted attention in “ChatSense,” a ChatGPT service for businesses provided by KnowledgeSense, and it has been adopted by over 500 companies, including major corporations listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime.
Many customers who have adopted ChatSense have requested that they “use a search agent.” ChatSense’s “Deep Research” function has previously allowed users to use an AI agent capable of web searches. However, this model took 5 to 30 minutes to provide a single answer, making it unsuitable for situations where an immediate answer was required. Furthermore, the model was expensive, making it unsuitable for regular use.

Therefore, ChatSense has added support for web search functionality to the standard model “o3.” This allows the highest performance “o3” model to repeatedly search web information and autonomously search for evidence, like a “mini Deep Research.”
