NTTPC Communications Corporation (NTTPC) announced on the 4th that it will begin selling an AI function (AIOps) that uses NTTPC’s unique AI agent to automate and streamline operational tasks for its enterprise network and security service “Prime ConnectONE” on June 30th.
Prime ConnectONE is a service that uses AI to automate network and security operations, enabling safe and comfortable access and centralized management of in-house IT systems and clouds. The AI function that automates and streamlines operational tasks uses an AI agent to notify users of abnormalities and respond to customer inquiries, and when an abnormality occurs in a router, it reports it via push notifications such as email and chat tools that are normally used. In addition, AI analyzes the cause of the failure based on images of the router at the trouble site, and the AI agent supports the necessary response to recovery via email, etc.
