Keeper Security APAC Co., Ltd., a cybersecurity provider known for its zero-trust and zero-knowledge-based identity security and privileged access management ( PAM), has announced the availability of the “Keeper Security Workflow Application” for ServiceNow.
This integration allows users to manage Keeper vaults directly from ServiceNow’s Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog portal. This enables users to request privileged access in a well-governed, self-service manner without leaving their existing IT workflows.
As enterprise environments become more complex, there is increasing pressure to control and audit access to credentials without compromising convenience. Keeper Security’s workflow integration eliminates this friction by natively integrating Keeper’s privileged access control into the ServiceNow platform that IT and security teams use every day.

This application, now available on the ServiceNow Store, utilizes the “Keeper Commander CLI” running in service mode on the ServiceNow MID server to provide the following vault operations with guaranteed governance.
Access Request Management: End users can request access to specific records or folders within a Keeper vault from the ServiceNow service catalog. Requests are automatically routed to designated approval groups, and once approved, the records are shared directly with the requesting user, with audit logs recorded for the entire process.
Endpoint Privileged Management (EPM) Approval: EPM requests originating from endpoint devices automatically generate Security Incident Response (SIR) tickets within ServiceNow. Administrators can approve or reject requests within the platform, and upon resolution, the incident ticket is closed with appropriate comments.
Secure Record Creation: Administrators and execution teams can store database credentials, login records, server credentials, SSH keys, software licenses, secure notes, and more directly from ServiceNow into the Keeper vault.
Searching Records and Folders: Security teams can search for records and folders within the Keeper vault by name or UID from the ServiceNow task interface, enabling quick responses to access requests.
One-Time Sharing Feature: Administrators can generate and provide users with time-limited, one-time sharing links without granting them permanent access to the vault.
This integration includes a guided setup, allowing administrators to configure the MID server, install the Keeper Commander CLI, enable service mode, and assign authorization groups without writing any custom code.
The Keeper Security workflow application for ServiceNow is now available from the ServiceNow Store.
