Toto Consumers’ Cooperative has adopted Rakuraku Automatic Response, an automated inquiry management system from Raks Co., Ltd., and began using it in September 2026. The move will enhance response times and increase the quality of member support.
In the past, the cooperative responded to requests sent to a single email account shared among members for answering customer enquiries regarding order cancellations or delivery address modifications. It found the process time-consuming and lacked control over these requests.

The new system features folders, label and response statuses to help staff manage and categorize requests, prioritize work and reduce delays. It includes easy access to historic email conversations so that teams can respond more intelligently. The move is representative of the wider move to automated customer service systems that streamline operations and enable standardized customer interactions.
