Ninout Inc. Has announced that the AI interface Fan Fan Fan has started working with Databricks. This new partnership allows zero-party data gathered from customer interactions to be brought together cleaned, studied and used for AI applications on the Databricks Data+AI platform.
The integration tackles a challenge that many brands face. As customer touchpoints grow across stores e-commerce sites, social media and events data can stay split apart. This makes it hard for companies to build a view of customers and keep experiences consistent everywhere.
Fan Fan Fan gathers zero-party data, which’s information that customers willingly share about their likes and plans through interactive tools like surveys, quizzes, diagnostics, voting and landing pages. After collection this data can be linked to customer data platforms, marketing automation systems and membership databases.
With the Databricks integration Fan Fan Fan data can grow into a continuous asset instead of just a one‑off for campaigns. By mixing data with newer data companies can study how customer preferences and behavior shift over time and link this information to other customer data sets.
Ninout Inc. Also highlights advanced analysis options. Survey answers and diagnostic results can be merged with Databricks to help with customer segmentation early spotting of churn and personalized recommendations. These tools can help companies study customer engagement and create personal experiences.
Another goal of the integration is to bring customer data from channels and systems into one place. By uniting this data on the Databricks Data+AI platform companies can share information smoothly between departments and use a single data base, for customer analysis.

According to Ninout, the integration expands the role of Fan Fan Fan from collecting customer-provided information to connecting that information with broader enterprise data infrastructure. Databricks provides an environment in which data, analytics, and AI can be brought together, allowing the collected zero-party data to be incorporated into broader data and AI workflows.
Ninout plans to expand integrations with Databricks and other data platforms. The company said it will continue using zero-party data collected through Fan Fan Fan as a starting point for developing deeper connections between brands and customers and supporting consistent customer experiences based on data.
Ninout was established in July 2014 and develops customer-engagement and data-related services, including Ask One, CREATIVE SURVEY, and Fan Fan Fan.
