PKSHA Technology and X Capital will begin offering ‘AI Powered PMO’ in August 2026, using AI agents to support project management and reduce the workload involved in organizing and sharing information across projects. The move comes as Japan’s domestic PMO market is projected to grow from ¥1.313 trillion in 2024 to ¥1.679 trillion by 2030.
The service uses PKSHA AI to gather information from task tickets, meeting minutes and chats, identify missing updates, organize key issues and support progress reporting. It can also detect how decisions or specification changes may affect other project areas and recommend who should be informed.
