Payn has begun a business collaboration with GMO Beauty, which provides the management platform Kirei Pass Connect by GMO for private medical and aesthetic clinics. Starting October 5, 2026, the companies will work together on system integration and sales support to strengthen cancellation-fee management at clinics.
Through the integration clinics that use Kirei Pass Connect by GMO can start the account setup and connection process for Payn from the platform’s management screen. Reservation details are shared between both systems so there is no need to manually enter customer information when collecting a cancellation fee.
When a patient cancels an appointment the reservation data is automatically sent to Payn. Payn then creates a draft message that the clinic may review and send. Payn also manages reminder notifications through email and SMS. Patients can pay with credit cards Apple Pay, Google Pay, convenience‑store payments and other supported options. Once the payment is confirmed the reminders stop automatically. The clinic then receives a notification that the processs complete.
This partnership is designed to solve problems that private medical and dental clinics face in fields such, as aesthetic medicine orthodontics and implant dentistry.. Last‑minute cancellations often cause lost revenue because staff time, equipment and appointment slots are already reserved. Collecting cancellation fees usually requires clinic staff to make calls send payment instructions and follow up to confirm payments all done by hand. This integration reduces that workload. It helps clinics manage cancellations efficiently.
GMO Beauty will also introduce Payn to aesthetic clinics adopting Kirei Pass Connect by GMO, creating a sales-support structure alongside the technical integration. Clinics using the platform can access the Payn integration without initial or monthly fees, with a fee charged only when a cancellation fee is successfully collected. A separate application to Payn is required.
The integrated service supports payment methods, such as bank transfers, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and convenience‑store payments. When address information is available invoices can also be sent by mail. The Payn also provides cancellation‑fee notifications, in fourteen languages allowing clinics to communicate with patients.

Payn said it has been expanding integrations with reservation and customer-management systems across industries including hospitality and food service.
