LINE WORKS and MODE have begun a functional integration between LINE WORKS, the business communication platform, and BizStack, MODE’s IoT platform. The integration enables important alerts identified through BizStack’s collection and analysis of field data to be delivered in real time to LINE WORKS chat rooms.
With the integration alerts about equipment issues threshold limits being exceeded and other key changes detected by BizStack can now be sent automatically through LINE WORKS. This means staff can stay aware of field conditions using a communication tool they are already familiar with without having to monitor an IoT dashboard.
The companies said the integration aims to help teams respond quickly to changes and abnormalities, at work sites. It allows workers to make decisions and take early action when needed.
MODE provides BizStack to support automated measurement and monitoring using IoT technology, particularly at construction and civil engineering sites. The platform collects and analyzes various types of field data, including information from sensors and cameras, existing business systems and SaaS applications.
BizStack also includes BizStack Assistant, a conversational AI solution that allows users to access and utilize field data through natural-language interactions. MODE has been expanding integrations with communication tools commonly used at worksites to make this data easier to access and use.
I have seen that LINE WORKS offers a variety of business communication tools such as chat, groupware functions, bulletin boards, calendars, address books and surveys. LINE WORKS is used in industries like construction, manufacturing and logistics where good communication and sharing of information between office staff and field workers are key.
I think that by linking the two platforms users can get IoT‑based information, through LINE WORKS of depending only on separate monitoring displays. Companies hope that this will make field data easier to access and help them react faster to problems.

The integration requires users to have contracts for both BizStack and BizStack Assistant from MODE. The companies said LINE WORKS will continue expanding integrations with services such as BizStack to support operational efficiency across a range of field-based industries.
BizStack is designed to centrally integrate real-time field data and information from existing systems, using AI-assisted functions to support operational efficiency and safety. It can collect and analyze data from IoT sensors, cameras, existing business systems and SaaS platforms in real time.
LINE WORKS has been developed as a business communication platform combining the usability of LINE with business-oriented management and security features. According to the announcement, it held the No. 1 domestic paid business-chat market share for nine consecutive years from fiscal 2017 through fiscal 2025, based on Fuji Chimera Research Institute’s Software Business New Market 2018–2026.
