Dat Japan Co., Ltd. and Psionic AI Co., Ltd. have entered into a partnership on July 1, 2026, to realize business efficiency improvements using AI agents.
Through this partnership, we will combine Dat Japan’s industry expertise, system development, and BPO/business operations know-how with Sionic AI’s AI agent building platform “STORM Platform” to promote the integration of AI into actual business operations, starting with the insurance and warehousing/logistics industries.
Background of the Partnership Agreement
In recent years, many companies have shown increasing interest in using generative AI and AI agents. However, in practice, implementation remains limited to proof-of-concept (PoC) projects or use in limited tasks, and many face challenges in integrating it into on-site operations and ensuring continuous operation. To effectively utilize AI in real-world business, design from both a technical and operational perspective is required, including ensuring accuracy of responses, utilizing unstructured data, addressing security and governance issues, and establishing a system for adoption and operation in the field.

STORM Platform, an AI agent development platform provided by Psionic AI, supports the utilization of internal company data and the creation of a secure operating environment, providing a foundation for addressing the technical and operational challenges involved in integrating AI into actual business operations.
On the other hand, in order to translate AI into actual business results, design and operation based on industry-specific business knowledge and on-site understanding are essential. Through its system development and BPO business, Dat Japan has addressed the business processes and operational challenges of various industries, supporting business efficiency improvements and operational enhancements.
By combining Sionic AI‘s AI platform with Dat Japan‘s industry knowledge, development, and operational support expertise, the two companies will support the creation of a system that integrates AI into actual business processes and enables continuous utilization, rather than simply introducing AI as a standalone tool.
