Silver Egg Technology Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an OEM sales agreement for a business alliance with Heartcore Co., Ltd., a company that possesses highly functional and multifaceted CMS products, with the aim of responding to a wider range of customer needs in the CMS field.
Through this partnership, Silver Egg’s AI recommendation engine, “Agent Recommender,” will be installed as a standard feature in HeartCore’s CMS product, “HeartCore CMS,” in OEM format, enabling highly accurate recommendations by utilizing machine learning to reflect customer behavior in real time.
This will provide real-time personalization functionality that enables the provision of optimal information to each visitor not only on traditional e-commerce sites, but also on various corporate sites, portal sites, and intranet sites. The service is scheduled to be available from August 25, 2025.

One of the prominent trends in the current digital marketing market is the provision of experiences optimized for each individual customer (personalization). In this age of information overload, customers do not want uniform information, but rather highly relevant information based on their interests and behavioral history. This behavioral pattern is not limited to traditional e-commerce sites, but is also spreading to B2B sites, corporate sites, intranet sites, and more.
However, conventional recommendation functions were designed mainly for e-commerce sites with a large number of products and content, and their adoption has not progressed on B2B, corporate sites, or manufacturing portal sites, despite the fact that they possess ample information assets. As a result, the mechanisms for presenting optimal information to each user in real time were insufficient, and useful content could not be fully utilized.
Through this partnership, HeartCore‘s HeartCore CMS will be equipped with Aigent Recommender, which will enable the company to go beyond traditional product suggestions and make cross-sectional recommendations across a variety of information-rich websites and owned media content, contributing to solving digital marketing challenges.
