TIS Inc., a member of the TIS INTEC Group, announces that it will begin offering a beta version of generative AI support chat specialized in solving system development and operational issues using “Amazon Q Business,” an AI assistant service provided by Amazon Web Services, from June 24, 2025.
This generated AI support chat will be provided to TIS’s “Managed Support Service” subscribers, with no initial costs.
AWS’s “Amazon Q Business” is an enterprise AI assistant service that uses generative AI to help improve business efficiency and productivity. It provides the latest generative AI models and chat interfaces, and can answer questions by integrating documents and knowledge owned by the company, quickly responding to on-site doubts and issues.
The generative AI support chat that TIS is now offering as a beta version is a technical support chat using generative AI based on the basic technology of “Amazon Q Business,” and provides extensive and rapid knowledge from the perspective of on-site system development and operation in companies.

In recent years, with the rapid development of generative AI technology, many companies have adopted AI chatbots, which are making a significant contribution to improving business efficiency. In particular, when generative AI is used to improve a company’s system development and operations, there is a growing demand for knowledge that can accurately extract only the most relevant information, taking into account the company’s unique system configuration and security requirements, and present solution procedures.
However, generic generative AI models trained based on public information can have difficulty providing answers that take into account a company’s specific system configuration and security requirements, and they tend to take a long time to resolve complex technical issues. Against this background, there is a demand for a faster and more efficient way to build a generative AI chatbot environment that is customized for each company.
Therefore, TIS has developed a new generative AI support chat that combines the generative AI provided by AWS through “Amazon Q Business” with the operational know-how that AWS has cultivated over the years, making the most of these strengths.
