Groovy Mobile has introduced a generative AI chatbot for its web customer service platform, TETORI, which is meant to automate the way people interact without all that complex setup. In practice the chatbot can draft replies by checking uploaded PDFs, web pages, images and even how the user behaves, so there is not really a good reason to spend time manually crafting Q&A databases, or trying to shove everything into one fixed conversation track.

This update also matches a wider motion toward AI driven customer support that is faster to get going and easier to keep under control. On top of 24/7 automated help, the system brings conversation analytics, which should let businesses spot recurring friction, then fine tune engagement later. With personalized answers plus behavioral insights working together, TETORI is aiming to lift conversions, keep customers around longer, and lower the daily workload needed to run web support.
