Spacee Inc. is rolling out a new reservation platform called Yoyappin in March 2026. It is being launched in collaboration with West Japan Railway Company. On paper, it is a space booking service. In reality, it is a play on how people use time when they travel, commute, or just need a place to get things done.
The platform will allow users to reserve workspaces, meeting rooms, studios, kitchens, and even event spaces across nearly 14,000 locations nationwide. The minimum booking time begins at 15 minutes. The detail holds significance. The detail shows that they offer flexible options. The system provides temporary access by delivering essential resources at needed times between work hours.
What makes this more strategic is the railway integration. Users can log in with existing WESTER or JR Kyushu member IDs. They can also earn WESTER points on bookings and use those points later for train tickets or shopping. So travel and workspace spending start feeding into the same ecosystem.

Zoom out and this fits a bigger pattern. Railway operators are no longer just transport providers. They are sitting on physical assets across cities. Stations. Unused rooms. Idle properties. Digitizing access to those spaces is the obvious next step. Yoyappin is less about hype and more about tightening that loop between movement, work, and daily life.
