Shinka Co., Ltd., which develops and sells the AI communication integration platform “Kaicra,” is pleased to announce that it has entered into a capital and business alliance with SB C&S Corporation.
Through this partnership, we aim to develop the relationship between the two companies into a medium- to long-term strategic partnership, accelerating the expansion of Kaicra’s market share and the provision of next-generation customer support solutions centered on AI technology.
“Kaicra,” offered by Shinka, is an AI-powered communication integration platform that centrally manages diverse forms of communication. Currently, it boasts a track record of being implemented in over 3,100 companies and 6,200 locations, with particularly strong adoption in the automotive and real estate industries.

On the other hand, SB C&S has the largest sales network in Japan and an outstanding track record in the distribution and implementation support of cutting-edge ICT products and services, including cloud computing and AI.
The two companies signed a sales agency agreement in August 2024, and this partnership will further strengthen the sales activities of “Kaicra” through SB C&S‘s extensive corporate customer base.
