RevComm Inc. has begun offering “Data Mining Reports” based on call big data accumulated by the voice analysis AI “MiiTel.”
Revcom provides the voice analysis AI “MiiTel,” which consists of the telephone analysis AI “MiiTel Phone,” the web conference analysis AI “MiiTel Meetings,” the face-to-face conversation analysis AI “MiiTel RecPod,” and the call center analysis AI “MiiTel Call Center.” By optimizing all conversations over the phone, web conferences, and in person, Revcom aims to improve the efficiency of business communication, increase corporate productivity, and ultimately contribute to the assetization of voice data.
The newly launched “Data Mining Report” uses AI generation to automatically create statistical reports of customer communications based on quantitative evidence from the vast amount of call data accumulated by companies using the voice analysis AI “MiiTel” in sales activities and call centers. Companies can use the data mining reports to plan business strategies and improve customer satisfaction. We will continue to develop data mining of meeting history.
