PrimeNumber Inc. will begin offering a new package called “TROCCO Segment Builder” on July 1st, which will realize CDP in collaboration with the cloud ETL “TROCCO,” marking its full-scale entry into the CDP field.
With the spread of smartphones and the advancement of digital transformation in companies, and the diversification of touch points between companies and customers, precise data-based marketing is essential. For this reason, the importance of “CDP (Customer Data Platform),” a platform for centrally collecting, integrating, and analyzing customer data, is increasing.

The newly developed TROCCO Segment Builder is a new package that resolves these issues related to CDP utilization and promotes the introduction of CDP to companies. Customer data stored in a data warehouse (DWH) that accumulates large amounts of customer data, or on an already constructed CDP, can be classified (generated as segments) based on common needs and attributes, and used for sales and marketing.
Segment Builder can be operated with an easy-to-understand GUI that is designed for use by marketers. Therefore, even marketing and analysis staff who do not have SQL skills or engineering knowledge can use TROCCO’s extensive data integration functions to link data to digital advertising, BI tools, MA tools, etc. for each customer segment without relying on engineers.
Previously, MA tools were capable of generating segments, but they were often limited to one-way push channels from the customer. These push channels alone posed a major barrier to achieving omni-channel delivery, which connects all touch points with customers to deliver information.
Segment Builder not only works with the major advertising media such as Google, Yahoo!, Meta, and LINE, but also integrates with existing MA and SFA tools, enabling you to realize a series of processes that combine various touchpoints and distribute information to each customer segment.
This allows you to quickly implement a data-based PDCA cycle, from understanding your customers to implementing measures and verifying their effectiveness. Even with limited resources, you can deliver the most effective message to the most effective customer segment and maximize your marketing results.
