NTT Technocross has launched CTBASE/Smart Communicator, an AI-powered voicebot service designed to deliver accurate automated responses in contact centers. The system uses proprietary AI controls to minimize unexpected replies, improving response reliability. Unlike traditional voicebots that require complex setups to verify caller information, this service works with existing toll-free lines, allowing smooth interactions without changing current equipment. It also comes with a Scenario Editor, letting teams build and manage voicebot scenarios through a simple interface, cutting scenario creation time by up to half.

The launch happens when contact centers are challenged to deal with increases in call volumes while still being able to give good quality responses. NTT Technocross intends to ease the pressure on companies by blending AI’s accuracy with user-friendliness, thus allowing firms to sort out customer communications and cut down on operational struggles. This decision is in line with the way the whole industry is going, where companies are more and more turning to AI-based automation for higher efficiency and better customer service without having to modernize their infrastructure.
